Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive / Chat Executive to handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls (if required). The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM
- Follow company communication guidelines and quality standards
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience in Customer Support / Chat Process is a plus.
