Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive / Chat Executive to handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls (if required). The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM
  • Follow company communication guidelines and quality standards
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
  • Prior experience in Customer Support / Chat Process is a plus.
