We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with strong exposure to NBFC operations. The role involves handling customer queries, supporting operational processes, and ensuring compliance with NBFC and RBI guidelines while delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages related to NBFC products and services.
- Respond to customer queries regarding accounts, transactions, repayments, documentation, and processes.
- Assist customers with onboarding, KYC documentation, and process-related guidance as per RBI norms.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, credit, operations, risk, and finance for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems.
- Ensure adherence to defined TATs, service quality standards, and NBFC compliance requirements.
- Escalate customer grievances in line with internal escalation and grievance redressal mechanisms.
- Support operational activities including data entry, report updates, and documentation tracking.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of customer data at all times.
- Assist during audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews when required.
Requirements & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (commerce or finance preferred).
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support; experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Good understanding of customer service processes in a regulated financial environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of KYC, loan processes, and repayment cycles is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.
