Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with strong exposure to NBFC operations. The role involves handling customer queries, supporting operational processes, and ensuring compliance with NBFC and RBI guidelines while delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages related to NBFC products and services.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding accounts, transactions, repayments, documentation, and processes.
  • Assist customers with onboarding, KYC documentation, and process-related guidance as per RBI norms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, credit, operations, risk, and finance for timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems.
  • Ensure adherence to defined TATs, service quality standards, and NBFC compliance requirements.
  • Escalate customer grievances in line with internal escalation and grievance redressal mechanisms.
  • Support operational activities including data entry, report updates, and documentation tracking.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of customer data at all times.
  • Assist during audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews when required.
Requirements & Skills
  • Graduate in any discipline (commerce or finance preferred).
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support; experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of customer service processes in a regulated financial environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of KYC, loan processes, and repayment cycles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.
