Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist customers with product or service information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.

  • Contribute to process improvements for better customer experience.
