Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with fluency in Tamil and English. The role involves coordinating with customers, Key Account Managers (KAMs), production, planning, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order processing, timely dispatches, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and handle customer queries effectively.
  • Coordinate order processing and execution with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor order status, dispatch schedules, and turnaround times (TAT).
  • Communicate production schedules, dispatch updates, and order-related information to customers.
  • Track customer requirements, change requests, and follow up for timely resolution.
  • Prepare and share daily status reports, dispatch confirmations, and supporting documents.
  • Conduct regular customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Collect customer feedback and support continuous service improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operational communication.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Fluency in Tamil and English (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
