Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Handle customer queries related to LIC policies, renewals, payments, and other services.
  • Call Handling:
  • Inbound and/or outbound calling to assist and support customers in their preferred language (Tamil/Malayalam).
  • Service Support:
  • Provide detailed and accurate product/service information.
  • Data Logging:
  • Update call and customer information in the system as per standard procedures.
  • Quality Adherence:
  • Maintain call quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Good verbal communication skills in Tamil or Malayalam
  • Graduate with customer-concentric mindset
  • Comfortable with day rotational shifts and rotational offs
  • Willing to work in a voice-based support process
  • Basic computer literacy
