Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle customer queries related to LIC policies, renewals, payments, and other services.
- Call Handling:
- Inbound and/or outbound calling to assist and support customers in their preferred language (Tamil/Malayalam).
- Service Support:
- Provide detailed and accurate product/service information.
- Data Logging:
- Update call and customer information in the system as per standard procedures.
- Quality Adherence:
- Maintain call quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil or Malayalam
- Graduate with customer-concentric mindset
- Comfortable with day rotational shifts and rotational offs
- Willing to work in a voice-based support process
- Basic computer literacy
