Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to act as the initial point of contact for retail consumers regarding site experience concerns. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, handling retail site complaints, fuel quality claims, policy and product fulfillment queries, and ensuring accurate ticket creation and resolution. The representative will interact with customers and internal teams professionally, identify root causes of complaints, and escalate issues appropriately. Responsibilities include maintaining proficiency in electronic systems, updating knowledge documents, managing incident handovers, and handling unique situations without scripted guidance. Continuous improvement, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication are essential. The role also involves supporting system documentation, knowledge base updates, and user acceptance testing.
