Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle outbound customer interactions for a reputed global financial services client. This role involves assisting customers with account-related queries, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to customers regarding account-related updates and follow-ups
- Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve customer queries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Build positive rapport with customers to enhance satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: SSC / HSC
- At least 6 months of experience in an international BPO (voice process preferred)
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range:
- Freshers (no relevant experience): 22,000 35,000 per month
- Experienced candidates: Up to 38,000 per month
- Unlimited performance-based incentives
- Training incentives up to 10,000
