Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries over the phone in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system as per company guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and others.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
