We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries over the phone in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system as per company guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and others.
