Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will handle outbound/inbound calls, communicate effectively with overseas customers, provide product/service information, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international customers to promote products/services or gather information as required.
- Handle inbound queries from overseas clients with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain strong product/service knowledge to provide correct information.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems consistently.
- Follow communication scripts and adhere to process requirements.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, or sales.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data security norms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred).
- Prior experience in International BPO/Call Center is an advantage.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in early morning shifts.7AM to 4 PM
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet performance targets.
- High level of patience, professionalism, and customer orientation.
Education
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Additional certifications in communication or customer service are a plus.
