Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Voice)
Years of Experience : 6 month 5 Years
Job Location : Chennai
Basic Skill set :
  • Excellent - Communication in English is mandate (Read, Write, and Speak).
  • Handling customers query and request for the services
  • Understand customer requirement and provide the best customer service experience
  • Should be ready to work in pure night shift (US Shift - Between 5:00 PM to 11:00 AM any 9 Hrs.)

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum 6 months experience into (Any International voice Customer Support)
  • Any graduates without backlog
  • Age criteria: 18 -29 yrs
Salary and Other benefits:
  • 2.2 LPA to 3 LPA CTC per Annum (0-1 Yr. Exp).
  • Pick and drop Cab facility (Within 20 KM surroundings)
  • Performance incentives
