About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Life Insurance team. The role primarily involves connecting with potential customers over calls, generating leads, and driving sales by promoting suitable insurance products.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handling outbound and inbound calls to generate leads
  • Explaining life insurance products clearly to customers
  • Converting leads into successful sales through effective communication
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable policies
  • Maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure lead closure
  • Updating customer details and maintaining records
  • Coordinating with internal teams for smooth documentation and processing

Requirements

  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Comfortable with telecalling and achieving sales targets
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
  • Experience in insurance or any sales domain preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with customers over calls
