About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Life Insurance team. The role primarily involves connecting with potential customers over calls, generating leads, and driving sales by promoting suitable insurance products.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling outbound and inbound calls to generate leads
- Explaining life insurance products clearly to customers
- Converting leads into successful sales through effective communication
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable policies
- Maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure lead closure
- Updating customer details and maintaining records
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth documentation and processing
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with telecalling and achieving sales targets
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Experience in insurance or any sales domain preferred
- Ability to build rapport with customers over calls
