  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company processes and service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support/customer service.
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Telugu preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email handling).
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
