Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support/customer service.
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Telugu preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email handling).
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
