Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Noida. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online and technical support, and resolving customer issues. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers via various communication channels, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining a high level of customer service throughout each interaction.

Requirements

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills.
  • Experience in providing Online Support and Technical Support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in using customer support software or tools.
  • Any additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • 12th/Graduate/post-Graduation.
