Job Location: Kilpauk, Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Take Home)

Experience: Freshers – 2 Years

Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate

Shift: General Shift

Work Schedule: 1st & 2nd Saturdays Off, All Sundays Off, and Government Holidays Off

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries over phone calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Record customer interactions and update required details.

Eligibility

Fluent in Hindi (Mandatory).
Basic English communication skills.
Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
