Role Overview
Dentis India Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage coordination with doctors, handle documentation, and ensure smooth follow-ups related to services, orders, and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and manage Doctors MOUs and related documentation
- Follow up with doctors regarding service-related queries
- Coordinate and follow up on payment-related matters
- Handle order confirmations and ensure timely processing
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure clear and professional communication with doctors and partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5 2 years of experience in customer support / coordination
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable with follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation handling
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up independently
Preferred Profile
Experience working with doctors, clinics, or healthcare-related clients (preferred, not mandatory)
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
