Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Domestic Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer queries efficiently, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
  • Maintain call and case logs as per process requirements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum graduate (any stream)
  • Experienced candidates can apply
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge
