Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Indore. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day interactions with customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure exceptional service. Responsibilities include providing technical support, addressing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing online support channels effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Online Support and Customer Service, mini 6 months
  • Knowledge of Technical Support processes
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of customer interactions
  • Proficiency in relevant customer service tools and platforms is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
