Join a dynamic team supporting one of the leading automobile brands in a Domestic Voice-based Customer Service role. This position focuses on addressing customer concerns, queries, and requests professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer service calls related to automotive queries
Deliver prompt and accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal departments as needed to resolve issues
Maintain service quality and adhere to defined SLAs

Requirements:

Graduates with minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (voice)
Fluent in English + Hindi
Comfortable with rotational shifts (1 weekly off)
Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Salary: 25,000 29,000 per month

Cab Facility: One-way logout cab provided (within 12 km radius)
