Builds market position by researching, locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing busi-
ness relation-ships.
Key Responsibilities
• Liaise with back-end teams/systems to ensure timely and accurate receipt of data.
• Ensure timely renewal intimation to all stakeholders (internal/external).
• Research on markets and industries in which we can make our presence.
• Effective negotiation and persuasion to safeguard the identified revenue base.
• Offerings value added propositions by means of upsell and cross sell across the offering.
• Ensure running of successful POC.
• Follow through to closure, the renewal order process with the customer in conjunction with
backend support teams. Requirement
• 0-2 years (or plus) of experience in business development
• Minimum requirement – graduate in B.COM/M.COM/MBA in Marketing or equivalent Strong
in client connection and client services
