We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborating with other team members to improve customer support processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent in English Communication(Extremely mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer support software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
