Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Fintech

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our fintech team in KR Puram, Bangalore. This role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless experience with our financial products and services. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for customer success, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with fintech products, services, and account-related queries.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
  • Product Guidance: Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Account Assistance: Support customers with balance inquiries, transaction status, account setup, and other account-related concerns.
  • Escalation Management: Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant teams for prompt resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather insights from customers to enhance our products and services.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory and data security standards.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with technical support, product, and compliance teams for seamless issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age Requirement: 20 to 29 years
  • Education: Any graduate (Business, Finance, IT, or related fields preferred)
  • Experience:
  • Freshers: Welcome to apply
  • Experienced: 1-3 years of customer support experience (preferably in fintech or SaaS)

Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of fintech products, banking, or payment processing is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fresher Salary: ₹16,000 in hand
  • Experienced Salary: ₹20,000 in hand
  • Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month based on performance
