About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team based in India. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our customers and program participants, supporting two of our key brands: Langship AI and AI Bootcamp. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a technical mindset to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all users by providing timely, professional, and empathetic support across multiple channels including email and chat.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer support or a related role, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to troubleshoot technical issues clearly and efficiently. A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities are necessary to handle complex inquiries and provide effective solutions. Experience working independently in a remote environment, coupled with excellent organizational skills, is highly valued. Familiarity with AI tools, educational programs, or bootcamp-style training initiatives will be considered a plus. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory if complemented by relevant skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers and program participants, ensuring their queries and issues are addressed effectively.
  • Respond promptly to questions and resolve issues across various support channels, including email, chat, and other communication platforms.
  • Deliver technical assistance related to platform usage, onboarding processes, and program-related challenges, guiding users through troubleshooting steps.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to relevant internal teams to ensure swift resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Track, document, and analyze customer feedback, recurring issues, and support metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in refining support workflows, updating documentation, and enhancing internal tools to optimize the support process.
  • Collaborate effectively across both Langship AI and AI Bootcamp brands to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction by maintaining a positive, professional, and helpful demeanor at all times.
