Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from customers
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries and complaints
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and delivery support

Required Candidate profile

  • Comfortable working night shifts (5 PM to 2 AM)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
