Job Description:

We are looking for aCustomer Support Executive - Feedback Callingto manage outbound calls to customers for order delivery confirmation, feedback collection, and review monitoring. The role involves interacting withinternational clients, updating CRM systems, and ensuring a positive post-delivery customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collectcustomer feedback and service reviews
  • Check and follow up ononline reviews(positive/negative)
  • Accuratelyrecord customer feedback and call outcomesin CRM
  • Usebasic CRM toolssuch asZoho CRMfor data entry and tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams for any delivery or service-related concerns
  • Maintain professional communication standards withinternational clients
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • 0.53 years of experience infeedback calling / customer calling / outbound calling
  • Comfortable withhigh-volume outbound calls
  • Basic knowledge ofCRM systems (Zoho preferred)
  • Goodcommunication skills(verbal & listening)
  • Ability to handleinternational customers
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM entry)
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach
