Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide exceptional support to clients using EFICYENTs payment and financial solutions. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist clients with onboarding and account-related queries.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address escalations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions.
  • Prior experience in fintech, payments, banking, or customer support is preferred.

Preferred

  • Experience using CRM or support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot.
