Documitra is an emerging company providing the assistance with Documentation to Indian Expats living in USA and Canada since 2020 and helping them in cumbersome processes of Visa, Passport, OCI etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Jaipur. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing technical support, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels, and managing online support interactions. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to address customer needs efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Field: Worked in International BPO in blended process
  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or customer support software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
