Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing online and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. The individual will address customer issues, resolve complaints, and collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Online Support and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
