Were looking for a Customer Support Executive who can:

Support customers across their full lifecycle

Migrate data from other platforms

Conduct onboarding & training (via Zoom/Anydesk/Onsite)

Resolve queries with empathy and tech-savviness

Work with Google Sheets, Excel, and web apps

Be the bridge between customers and our technical team

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication
  • Tech-friendly
  • Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets
  • Proactive problem-solving
