Role Overview

This is not a traditional support role. As a CSE at Joveo, you will own the execution and performance of job advertising campaigns, ensuring they run efficiently and deliver strong outcomes.

You'll work at the intersection of operations, data, and decision-making, managing campaigns end-to-end and continuously improving their performance.

What You'll Do

  • Set up and manage job advertising campaigns across platforms
  • Monitor performance and take actions to improve outcomes
  • Ensure smooth execution, tracking, and delivery of campaigns
  • Troubleshoot issues across systems and workflows
  • Coordinate with external partners/platforms when needed
  • Analyze performance and share insights, risks, and opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Strong comfort with numbers and data
  • High ownership mindset and ability to work independently
  • Problem-solving ability you identify and fix issues proactively
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows

Good to Have (Plus):

  • Experience in AdTech / Digital Marketing
  • Experience with job boards or recruitment industry
