Customer Support Executive

Role Description The Customer Support Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram. This role involves responding to customer inquiries in person, over phone, and through online channels, assisting with orders, product information, and issue resolution. The Customer Support Executive will manage customer complaints, coordinate with the production and delivery teams, and ensure prompt and accurate communication. Daily tasks include tracking orders, maintaining customer records, gathering feedback, and supporting overall customer satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor, upholding brand standards, and contributing to a smooth in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on building positive relationships.
• Ability to manage Customer Satisfaction by handling feedback, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Experience with Online Support channels, such as chat, social media, or email, for handling inquiries and orders.
• Basic Technical Support capabilities for resolving simple order, payment, or system-related issues.
• Clear and courteous communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail or F&B environment; prior experience in customer support or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in shift-based work.
• Minimum high school diploma; further education in hospitality, business, or related fields is a plus.
