The Director, Nikhil Bhatia, has a rich exposure in beauty, cosmetics, and marketing that resulted in the launch of his group beauty and skincare brand under Kanvar Probio Pvt Ltd.
Job Description of Customer Executive: As a Customer Executive in the makeup industry, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and driving sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Provide prompt and efficient customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat)
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and services.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest makeup trends, products, and industry news. Develop a deep understanding of our product line and be able to articulate its benefits to customers.
4. Administrative Tasks: Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain accurate customer records and data.
Prepare reports and analyses as required.
Skills Needed:
Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of makeup products
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strong organizational and time management skills
