Role Description

• Customer Satisfaction Enhancement: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering personalized assistance through chat, proactively addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
• Issue Resolution: Expertly resolve customer issues and complaints through chat while adhering to company policies and procedures, aiming to achieve satisfactory outcomes for both the customer and the company.
• Brand Representation: Serve as a frontline ambassador for Crepdog Crew, embodying the brand's values and delivering exceptional service through chat to maintain and enhance the brand's reputation.

Qualifications

• Customer Support Experience: Previous experience of minimum 6 months to 5 years working as a Customer Support Executive, preferably with retail/e-commerce/luxury brands, with a strong focus on chat-based support.
• Issue Resolution Expertise: Ability to resolve customer issues while adhering to company policies and maintaining high professionalism, especially through chat.
• Chat Communication Skills: Hands-on experience handling chat processes to assist customers effectively across various platforms.

Location: Delhi (Saket; Monday-Saturday)
