Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in Pune. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as responding to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online and technical support, and resolving client-related issues efficiently. The role involves direct interaction with clients, addressing their concerns and maintaining a high level of customer service.

- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and provide Online Support effectively
- Experience with Technical Support and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software or CRM tools is beneficial
