The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our international clientele, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering quality support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to international clients via voice communication channels.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
