Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing end to end bookings,service and operations
  • Responsible for supply generation by onboarding and training new partners
  • Responsible for enrichment and constantsupply of partner for the area assigned
  • Handling customer queries and complaints in a timelymanner
  • Call potential partnersto explain business product and service offerings
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors and supply team
  • Working with other department to improve the product and the process of the company
  • Define and analyze metrics and KPIsto efficiently track progress
