Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone calls, emails, or chat to resolve queries and concerns effectively.
Handle inbound calls and ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with technical or product teams to ensure swift issue resolution and improve customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed performance metrics including call handling time, resolution rates, and quality standards.
