Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone calls, emails, or chat to resolve queries and concerns effectively.
  • Handle inbound calls and ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with technical or product teams to ensure swift issue resolution and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics including call handling time, resolution rates, and quality standards.
