Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who can manage
customer interactions across multiple channels, resolve queries efficiently, and deliver a high-quality
service experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving
ability, and a genuine interest in helping customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, chat, and WhatsApp
Provide accurate information about products/services
Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Update CRM and support systems regularly
Escalate critical issues to the concerned departments
Maintain professionalism and brand representation in every interaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good listening and problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, Google Sheets)
Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously
Customer-first mindset
Calm, polite, and solution-oriented attitude
Education & Experience
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (any stream)
Experience:
01 year (Freshers can apply)
Experience in customer support, BPO, or service industry is an advantage
