Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, based in Gurgaon. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service across multiple platforms, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional tasks include assisting with technical support queries and working closely with team members to meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Experience in Online Support and delivering exceptional Customer Service
  • Skills in handling Technical Support and resolving customer issues effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the contact center industry and prior relevant experience is an advantage
