Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to handle patient interactions and appointment bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, be patient-focused, and comfortable working in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients professionally and courteously.
  • Assist patients with booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments.
  • Address patient enquiries regarding doctors, departments, services, timings, and procedures.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth appointment coordination process.
  • Maintain proper documentation of calls and update patient details in CRM/system.
  • Follow up with patients when required for confirmations or additional information.
  • Escalate complex cases or complaints to the concerned department appropriately.
  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality at all times.

Eligibility & Skills Required

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Mandatory).
  • Good listening skills and empathetic approach while handling patients.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/software systems.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
  • Prior experience in healthcare/customer support/call center is an added advantage.
