Role: Customer Sales Executive Salary: 35,000 45,000/month + Performance

Role Overview

As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for tenants actively

searching for accommodation. You will engage warm leads from BedR's CRM, understand

their requirements, recommend suitable properties, and guide them from initial enquiry to

confirmed booking including scheduling and following up on property visits.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to warm leads students, parents, and working professionals via

calls, WhatsApp, and email from BedR's CRM database.

Understand each customer's requirements (location, budget, room type, move-in

timeline) and recommend the most suitable properties.

Clearly communicate BedR's value proposition and handle objections with

confidence.

Schedule and confirm property visits (in-person or virtual) through the BedR platform

and follow up to ensure attendance.

Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM statuses after every interaction.

Proactively follow up with unconverted leads to re-engage and drive bookings.

Coordinate with the operations and property teams to fulfil customer requirements

post-visit.

Report conversion metrics, visit rates, and booking numbers to the Sales Manager on

a daily and weekly basis.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

35 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or customer-facing roles; real

estate, edtech, or proptech background preferred.

Excellent communication in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus.

Strong persuasion, active listening, and objection-handling skills.

Comfortable working with CRM tools (Zoho, Freshsales, HubSpot, or similar).

Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.

Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership expectations.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: 35,000 45,000/month based on experience

Incentives: Performance bonuses for every confirmed booking and visit conversion

Growth: Merit-based path to Senior Sales Executive and Team Lead

Location: Worli, Mumbai Work From Office

Tools: CRM, lead database, and all resources provided
