Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Support
- Handle international customer queries via Voice and Non-Voice channels (Chat/Email).
- Provide accurate information and support on products/services.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate as required, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate clearly with international clients across different time zones.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions accurately.
Shift & Work Details
- 5 days working per week with rotational shifts.
- Location: Gurgaon.

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Patience, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Freshers and candidates with minimum 1 year of experience.
