Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Support

  • Handle international customer queries via Voice and Non-Voice channels (Chat/Email).
  • Provide accurate information and support on products/services.
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate as required, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate clearly with international clients across different time zones.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions accurately.

Shift & Work Details

  • 5 days working per week with rotational shifts.
  • Location: Gurgaon.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Patience, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate.
  • Freshers and candidates with minimum 1 year of experience.
