We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in India. This role is perfect for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to begin their career in customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
