Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role at Ahmedabad office in Prahladnagar. The Customer support executive will be responsible for helping prospective clients complete the registration process, managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of managing the clients data. The role also involves maintaining communication channels, providing support to clients, and assisting in the upsell of the programs.
