Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, Gujarat, for a Customer Support Executive. The selected candidate will address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing customer assistance via various channels, offering solutions to technical or product-related issues, and delivering quality service. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support to manage diverse customer needs and challenges
• Experience with Technical Support, including troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset
• Experience in wellness or Ayurvedic industries is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
