Job Overview:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves handling voice-based interactions in both English and Hindi, providing solutions to customer queries, and maintaining a positive rapport with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships for customers.
Provide excellent customer service through voice support.
Address and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer issues.
Maintain and update customer information as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education:Must be a graduate. Postgraduates and technical graduates are also eligible to apply. Candidates with backlogs are not eligible.
Experience:Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Language Proficiency:Must be proficient in English and Hindi.
Assessment:Candidates must clear the Versant Level 5 test.
