Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for an Inbound Voice Process. The role involves handling incoming customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions
- Resolve queries related to products/services, billing, or technical support
- Maintain proper call etiquette and communication standards
- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when required
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction benchmarks
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience:
- Freshers are welcome
- Up to 3 years of experience in customer support / BPO (Inbound Voice preferred)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Insurence Is good a Plus.
- Hindi and English is mandatory and Graduation is mandatory
