Job Description

  • Handling Support tickets
  • Service monitoring
  • Interacting with customers and work till the closure of the issues
  • To work with cross functional teams in day to day activities
  • Planning carrying out maintenance activities
  • Sharing monthly/weekly reports with customers
  • Willing to work in odd hours
  • Ability to handle multiple projects

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge in Windows Linux
  • Shell Scripting
  • Knowledge in SQL MongoDB
  • Basics in Networking
  • Knowledge on web servers
  • Basic knowledge on Docker and its commands
  • Any cloud technology will be added advantage
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong customer service ethos
